Hi, nice to meet you — I'm Dalia Brunschwig.

Certified Nutrition Coach, founder of Fully in Balance, wife, mother, and someone who deeply understands how busy Jewish life can be.
Since 2007, I’ve been helping Jewish women redefine their health with a simple, balanced approach. Women who were tired of diets, overwhelmed by rules, and ready for something that actually works in a Jewish life, family, and real responsibilities. My background shaped this program: growing up in Spain with a Mediterranean lifestyle, marrying into an Ashkenazi family, and working with women from many different communities around the world. I learned very quickly that every woman is different and no one should be pushed into a plan that doesn’t fit her life. I guide you with compassion, patience, and clarity while holding you accountable in a way that feels safe and encouraging. I can find your own blind spot and guide you to reach your goal implementing my system and tools for success.
