The recipes given are tested and based on the Meditarenean diet, Part of  Dalia’s childhood full of delicious and healthy spices to give you that variety of nutrients your body needs to feel better. 

The suppers  are family friendly, so you don’t feel you need to cook 2 meals every night, with the option of adding some carbs if you wish to for the children.

The motivation and group vibes are unbelievable – you’ll get a step-by-step guide of what you’ll need to do every week. We’ll focus on eating high-nutrient foods like fresh vegetables and fruits, whole grains, and proteins and healthy carbs. We’ll cut out processed foods and sugar.

The program is based on an elimination diet, where we exclude dairy, gluten and carbs at the very beginning, but we finish the program reintroducing it all and understanding how the body reacts. 

By the end of the 4 weeks, you learn how to eat all food  types, (including potatoes, pasta and bread) with moderation so you have full control of your meals and stop being on constant diets

From the years of experience of the Fully in Balance reset programs, the average weight loss has been between 700gr to1.5kg the 1st week and 500g every week after, but this depends on the individual.

The improved energy levels, the great feeling, and the healthy relationship with food  is what everyone is amazed about.
