Dalia Brunschwig has launched her 1st E-book after working during the summer 2019 on it. Dalia came up with the idea of creating a salad recipe book at the request of many of my clients. After completing her signature program, she wanted to provide them with more ideas on how to swap out the unhealthy ingredients in their favorite dishes and salads for cleaner healthier options. They claimed that they were having the hardest time keeping on track with their healthy journey during the weekends, high holidays and celebrations.
