Hi, I’m Dalia

I’m a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (INHC), I guide Jewish women to restore their energy, reach a healthy weight, and build habits that fit real Jewish life.
Many of the women I work with have tried different diets and approaches, yet still feel tired, disconnected from their bodies, or frustrated by results that never last. Together we focus on restoring balance in a way that supports family life, Shabbat, and the natural rhythm of the Jewish calendar.
My own journey began during a challenging period after a complicated pregnancy and the birth of my youngest daughter. I experienced deep exhaustion, digestive struggles, and weight that would not shift. As I began to rebuild my health step by step, I discovered a more balanced path that supports the body instead of fighting it.
Today I guide women to reconnect with their bodies and build lasting habits that support both their health and their lives.
