My health journey began during a deeply challenging time. After a complicated pregnancy and the birth of my youngest daughter, I was left in a state of constant exhaustion. My body wouldn’t bounce back. I carried excess weight, battled digestion issues, and felt completely depleted, so much so that even caring for my family became overwhelming. That’s where my search for balance truly began.

I am so grateful that I decided to join because it was one of the best investments I could have done for myself both physically and emotionally. My experience with the 5 day reset was a true learning experience! Dahlia has put together a program that is so organized and comprehensive. I learned not just what to do but also why do to and if something didn't work out she was there with a suggestion. Every step is easy to follow and understand and she is truly orchestrating everyone's progress with a sincere desire to encourage and help. I not only lost weight but was finally successful to get past a barrier that kept me stagnent for a long time. I learned the value of eating real food throughout the day and the negative effect sugar and preservatives have on my well being. I can't believe I could feel so much more alive and fit in just 5 days!
This is not a gimmick- there are no products to buy and no "wonder drugs" - just good plain everyday food served up the right way!

Unlike weight loss diets, Fully in Balance is a program that teaches how to adopt a healthy lifestyle, lose weight, and feel more energetic. Dalia taught me to take responsibility for my health by making positive choices, including nourishing food, positive thoughts, and healthy behaviors.
