It is very easy but we understand the misunderstanding – let us clarify it for you. It all happens inside a platform which is filter friendly and you have access to PDFs, videos hosted in Google Drive and a chat forum.

This is how it works:

You will get a personal invitation to access platform where all the material is waiting for you (either PC or/and Smartphone)

There will be a replay workshop session to get you ready for the Reset week before.

There will be a Q&A Live Zoom session on the 1st day of the reset – that is Sunday.

You can prepare at your own pace during the previous week. You'll have a shopping list, recipes and instructions for what you need to prepare.

2 hours recommendation for batch cook or cook as you can day before.
